Job Description
Missions
• Cross-functional management – Coordination with internal teams, technical partners, and suppliers.
• Partner monitoring - Track commitments, risks, dependencies, and action plans.
• Continuous improvement - Identify pain points and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Harmonization of practices - Formalization of processes with leads, streamlining exchanges between infra, OPS, security, and AI teams, and dissemination of best practices.
• Production of deliverables - Produce KPIs, reports, governance materials, and maintain operational documentation in Confluence.
Deliverables to produce
• Dashboards / KPIs.
• Action plans and cross-functional monitoring.
• Governance materials and meeting minutes.
• Monitoring the delivery of project and operational documentation in Confluence.
• Formalized processes and operating modes.
Qualifications
Senior profile with experience in cross-functional project management, operational steering, or Run coordination in complex IT environments: cloud, data, AI, or production platforms.
Expected skills:
• Agile: Scrum, Kanban.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint.
• Knowledge: Kubernetes/OpenShift, AI/LLM/GPU, DevSecOps, MLOps, LLMOps.
• Multi-team coordination, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a complex environment.
