Job Description
Responsibilities
• Cross-functional steering – Coordination with internal teams, technical partners, and suppliers.
• Partner monitoring – Track commitments, risks, dependencies, and action plans.
• Continuous improvement – Identify pain points and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Practice harmonization – Formalize processes with leads, streamline communication between infrastructure, OPS, security, and AI teams, and disseminate best practices.
• Deliverable production – Produce KPIs, reports, governance materials, and maintain operational documentation in Confluence.
Deliverables to produce
• Dashboards / KPIs.
• Action plans and cross-functional tracking.
• Governance materials and meeting minutes.
• Tracking of project and operational documentation delivery in Confluence.
• Formalized processes and operating procedures.
Qualifications
Senior profile with experience in cross-functional project management, operational steering, or Run coordination in complex IT environments: cloud, data, AI, or production platforms.
Expected skills:
• Agile: Scrum, Kanban.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint.
• Knowledge: Kubernetes/OpenShift, AI/LLM/GPU, DevSecOps, MLOps, LLMOps.
• Multi-team coordination, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in complex environments.
