Act as Product Manager in a squad responsible for the entire Monitoring product journey. Your focus will be on consultation strategies and evolution of the customer experience both on the web channel and in API.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Act as Product Manager in a multidisciplinary squad with end-to-end focus
- Break down product strategy into a prioritized backlog, aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Work in partnership with areas such as Marketing, CRM, Growth, Technology, Design, and Partners to ensure value delivery.
- Conduct agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, and retrospective) and participate in strategic forums.
- Monitor and analyze business and product metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead Go To Market initiatives, including CRM strategies, performance, and communication
- Ensure process mapping and product documentation
- Ensure tagging and measurement of all usage indicators
- Conduct discoveries and experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and improve user experience.
Expected main deliverables
- Structured and prioritized backlog focused on acquisition, simulation, and approval
- Metrics and KPIs defined by initiative, with rollout plan and performance and usage monitoring.
- Continuous evolution of user experience with a focus on conversion.
- Tests and experiments to validate approaches and product evolution
- A/B tests and experiments to validate communication approaches and simulation formats.
- Work together and influence other teams to deliver value for customer acquisition
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience of at least 2 years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar positions in agile teams.
- Knowledge of Products in Discovery, refinement, delivery, and rollout plans
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Product Management Tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Knowledge of product metrics and being data-driven for decision-making.
- Previous experience with Financial products - preferably Credit Products
- Excellent communication and articulation skills with different areas.
