THE OPPORTUNITY
CONTEXT:
Ivalua is evolving its Source to Pay platform into an enterprise AI platform dedicated to procurement. At the heart of this transformation, IVA Studio, our agentic layer, allows users to interact with the platform in natural language.
IVA Studio has now been officially launched and is already in production use by our first customers. Attached to Ivalua's new AI department, the team is recruiting its first Product Manager.
ROLE:
You will join the IVA Studio team as the first Product Manager. You will own the product vision and roadmap: identifying high-value use cases for procurement teams, translating them into features (new tools, skills, governance rules, conversational experiences) and driving their delivery with the development and QA teams, in agile mode. You will also be the voice of IVA Studio to the extended organization (Customer Care, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, documentation) and to our customers, helping them distinguish what agentic AI truly brings.
A successful profile is curious by nature, hardworking and very agile: you learn quickly in a field that evolves every week, combine a genuine discovery approach (going to meet users and understanding their problems) with the rigor of delivery, and keep a close eye on what native AI players and leading model providers are doing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Define and execute the IVA Studio product roadmap, balancing the needs of customers and prospects, market trends, competition and analyses from research firms (Gartner, Forrester…),
- Lead product discovery: regularly meet users, customers and prospects, understand their uses and pain points, and help them understand what agentic AI makes possible (and what it does not),
- Lead feature design (mockups, prototypes, writing user stories) and manage delivery in agile mode with the development and QA teams: sprints, activity tracking, trade-offs, acceptance testing,
- Define with the team the functional coverage of tools, skills and governance rules, prioritizing based on real usage,
- Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of IVA Studio's quality: test use cases, analysis of results, adjustment of configurations,
- Monitor the opening of the platform to the ecosystem (MCP, integrations with third-party systems) and maintain continuous monitoring of AI applied to procurement: native AI players, new entrants in Source to Pay, leading model providers,
- Lead product communication: roadmap, release notes, documentation, Feature Center, internal events, customers and partners, IVA Studio community,
- Provide functional support to teams (Customer Care, Professional Services, Sales…) to ensure successful product adoption,
- Work closely with the other teams in the AI department and with the Product Managers of the platform modules.
YOUR PROFILE
If you have the experience and skills below, this role could be for you.
- You have proven experience in Product Management on an enterprise B2B SaaS product, with real practice in discovery and agile delivery (backlog, user stories, sprints),
- You have a strong appetite for generative and agentic AI, and ideally hands-on experience (LLMs, agents, tools, MCP, evaluation of response quality). You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you understand the possibilities and limits of these technologies,
- You have a natural intellectual curiosity, able to learn quickly and to challenge yourself in a constantly evolving field,
- You have real work capacity and great agility: you are comfortable in an environment under construction, where not everything is yet structured,
- You are recognized for your ability to analyze and understand user needs, as well as for seeking the best UI/UX,
- You have technical sensitivity (APIs, databases, application architecture) that allows you to engage on equal terms with developers,
- You are able to adapt your communication to different internal teams, customers, partners and in an international context,
- An interest in procurement and finance is a plus,
- You speak French and English fluently.
