Overview
You will join the Eurizon Capital Product Regulations team, supporting the process related to the setup and launch of savings management products.
What your responsibilities will be
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring regulatory, legislative and supervisory changes relating to asset management products, assessing their impact and overseeing implementation in product documentation;
- Supporting business units in activities related to the development and launch of new products, providing advice on interpreting the relevant regulations, defining the characteristics of new products and modifying existing products;
- Preparing supporting documentation for the Corporate Bodies concerning resolutions on the establishment of new products, the modification of existing products and fund merger transactions;
- Preparing product documentation, in particular Management Regulations, KIDs, Offering Prospectuses, Subscription Forms;
- Handling and managing authorization processes with Italian Supervisory Authorities.
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 3-5 years in similar roles;
- Master's degree in legal/economic disciplines;
- Excellent knowledge of the UCITS, AIFMD and MiFID Directives and their implementing provisions, the TUF (Italian Consolidated Law on Finance) and the Bank of Italy/Consob regulations on collective investment management;
- Excellent knowledge of English and the MS Office suite.
Candidates who have gained significant professional or academic experience in international contexts will be given preference.
