As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design solutions, collaborating directly with Product, Engineering, and Business to create simple, efficient, and viable experiences. You will have space to propose, test, fail, learn, and evolve together with the product and the company.

Responsibilities:

Work in the Design spiral: discovery, definition, ideation, prototyping, validation, and metrics

Translate business problems and user needs into user-centered solutions

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability tests, benchmarks, etc.)

Create flows, prototypes, and final interfaces

Work closely with the development team to ensure quality in implementation

Document design decisions to avoid accumulating usability debt

Actively participate in product rituals (PI, Weekly, usability tests)
