Job Description
As a Product Designer, we expect you to act strategically and make a difference in the product to which you are assigned. The professional will be responsible for the conception, evolution, and monitoring of digital products, going beyond design execution and actively participating in the discovery, strategic definition, construction, and results analysis phases.
A business-objective-oriented approach is expected, always balancing user needs with the delivery of high-quality experiences capable of generating positive impact and consistent results.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes;
- Conduct user research and analyze its results;
- Perform benchmarking and market analysis;
- Analyze conversion funnels;
- Create user journey maps;
- Produce information architecture deliverables;
- Collaborate continuously with multifunctional teams;
- Maintain constant and effective communication with Product and Technology teams.
Qualifications
What we're looking for in you!
- Strong empathy for users;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both with the Design team and other areas;
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize activities;
- Critical thinking applied to user needs and business objectives;
- Technical ability to plan and conduct user research, as well as analyze data and results;
- Proficiency in Figma;
- Good self-management skills and responsibility for your deliverables.
Differential:
- English at intermediate or advanced level, with the ability to read and understand technical materials, participate in meetings, and interact with global teams.
