Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on the evolution of our financial health product aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

This role will be responsible for creating experiences that help companies and their employees have more control, organization, and financial well-being — balancing business needs, financial education, and user behavior.

Responsibilities:

Work across all stages of the product cycle (discovery and delivery)

Collaborate with PMs, engineering, data, and stakeholders

Conduct research to understand financial behaviors and user pain points (company, HR, and employee)

Map financial journeys (e.g., access to benefits, credit, financial organization)

Design solutions to improve users' financial decision-making

Prototype and validate solutions with users

Create simple experiences for complex topics (personal finance)

Work with metrics such as activation, retention, and engagement

Evolve and use design system

Ensure clarity, trust, and transparency in interfaces (especially on financial topics)

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience in an agile environment
