Job Description
If you are organized, analytical, and enjoy working with numbers, processes, and relationships with partner teams, this role is for you.
What we're looking for in you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to learn quickly about product and market.
- Organization and discipline to work with high volumes of leads.
- Ability to handle rejection and resilience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct active prospecting (outbound) via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Qualify inbound leads received based on ICP and MQL/SQL criteria.
- Map pain points, challenges, and context of potential customers.
- Create qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Keep the CRM always updated with activities, interactions, and relevant data.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve funnel quality.
- Track metrics such as: lead volume, response rate, conversion to SQL, meetings held, and pipeline generated.
- Create cadences and outreach scripts that increase conversion.
- Experience or knowledge in SPIN Selling
- Test new acquisition strategies and prospecting flows.
