Planning & Mngt. Report Specialist

We are looking for a Planning & Mngt Report Specialist to join the FP&A and Corporate Financing area. Reporting directly to the head of the Planning & Mngt. Reporting team, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Supporting the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, monitoring financial and economic results against targets and updating forecasting models for revenues, costs, EBITDA, investments and cash flow.

  • Preparing periodic reporting for top management, monitoring and analysing the main economic, operational and financial KPIs to support decision-making processes.

  • Supporting the development of financial analyses, forecast scenarios and sensitivity analyses, contributing to the assessment of the company's balance sheet and financial structure and the related economic dynamics.

  • Supporting the monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring the reconciliation, quality and reliability of financial data coming from ERP systems and other reporting tools.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering.

  • At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, Management Control or Corporate Finance.

  • High analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

  • Quantitative aptitude and a strong orientation to numbers.

  • Proactivity and curiosity about economic and financial dynamics.

  • Aptitude for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong focus on continuous improvement.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Good knowledge of general accounting and the main financial statement formats.

  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.

  • Ability to build and manage financial models.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Working hours: Full time

Starting salary: from 35.000€

The final classification and economic offer will be defined on the basis of objective and consistent criteria, including professional experience, technical skills and the responsibilities provided for the role.
