You will join the Partnerships team within the Business Strategy & Growth area. Our mission is to support all teams in establishing strategic alliances with key partners who are aligned with our values and goals, improving our value proposition and growing the business. We look for partners and alliances that have a significant impact on growth areas such as brand awareness or user acquisition and retention. In addition, our vertical includes the Autonomous Mobility team, created to leverage and capitalize on the opportunities of this innovation. We work with a clear goal: to identify the optimal combination of allies to achieve the desired objectives and maximize their impact, both internally and externally.
🎯 Role Mission
The central purpose of the person in this role will be to develop and consolidate the ecosystem of strategic alliances for Cabify Argentina and Uruguay, in order to boost business growth, explore new verticals, strengthen the relationship with the target audience, and amplify brand visibility under a sustainable and continuous improvement approach.
🛠️ How will you help us achieve our mission?

Define the ecosystem of strategic partners and commercial alliances with an integrated short, medium, and long-term vision.

Analyze the company's objectives at a local and global level to identify collaboration opportunities and support points from an alliance perspective.

Identify, acquire, and develop projects with strategic allies that respect our values, efficiently managing the entire alliance cycle (contact, signing of confidentiality agreements, negotiation of terms, contract signing, and implementation).

Lead the execution of alliances, coordinating cross-functionally with the teams involved to ensure operational excellence and focus on the end user.

Measure, analyze, and iterate the results of active alliances using key metrics to evaluate their impact on the business.

Strategically prioritize and discontinue partners that do not generate the expected impact, maintaining an optimized and efficient portfolio.

Negotiate constructive commercial terms that provide measurable value for the company and its stakeholders.

Maintain constant communication with different stakeholders and provide qualitative information to internal teams for decision-making.

Drive operational efficiency in alliance processes through the adoption of new technologies and the constant search for improvements.
🔍 What we are looking for

Affinity with Cabify's principles of sustainability, innovation, and culture.

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or relevant fields.

Proven experience of more than 3 years in similar roles, with previous experience in technology sector companies being highly valued.

Strategic mindset and high motivation to solve complex challenges and prioritize workloads in a dynamic industry.

Excellent effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with different types of stakeholders.

Solid foundation of interpersonal skills: excellent ability to work in a team, openness to give and receive constructive feedback, and a strong spirit of continuous improvement.

Solid knowledge in understanding KPIs and data and analysis tools.
