About the Position

As an Operator within our Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring production activities in accordance with manufacturing instructions, procedures, and standard operating instructions, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Additionally, you will apply the Integrated Management System (SGI) for Quality in all your functions, guaranteeing compliance with established procedures and documents. Ready to get started?

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute manufacturing activities: Perform material washing operations, equipment preparation, visual inspection, and finished product conditioning strictly following established procedures.

  • Maintain quality standards: Work with order and execute cleaning of areas, equipment, and instruments following operating procedures to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Documentation and records: Perform accurate records of the production process according to ALCOA quality attributes (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate).

  • Process monitoring: Supervise temperature, humidity, and in-process controls to ensure processes run in a controlled manner.

  • Waste management: Perform correct identification and disposal of waste in accordance with procedures and current regulations.

  • Continuous improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement meetings, generate improvement ideas, and contribute to achieving the area's performance indicators.

  • HSE Compliance: Identify, evaluate, and control Hygiene, Safety, and Environmental risks, always following internal procedures.

About You

  • Experience: Desirable experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or health industries. Desirable experience in the use of production equipment.

  • Soft and technical skills: Desirable pharmaceutical and aseptic processes, knowledge of personal safety equipment, and basic quality knowledge. Lean manufacturing systems. Results-oriented. Leadership skills: Communication, troubleshooting, teamwork, emotional intelligence.

  • Education: Desirable High School diploma or technical degree in industrial or pharmaceutical chemistry areas.

  • Languages: Desirable basic English
