Job Description
We are looking for a Modeling Specialist to work on the development, improvement, and monitoring of analytical models focused on credit solutions and risk management.
The professional will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving innovation through advanced statistical modeling and Artificial Intelligence techniques.
Main responsibilities:

Develop, validate, implement, and monitor predictive models for credit, risk, and decision-making.

Apply Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques to generate business value.

Conduct statistical and exploratory analyses on large volumes of data.

Work in partnership with business, product, and technology teams to identify opportunities and implement analytical solutions.

Ensure governance, documentation, and performance of models throughout their lifecycle.

Monitor market trends, new methodologies, and advances in AI applied to the financial ecosystem.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.

Previous experience in analytical modeling applied to the credit market, risk, or financial services.

Solid knowledge of statistical and Machine Learning techniques.

Experience with programming languages and data analysis tools, such as Python, SQL, or similar.

Advanced English for reading technical documentation, interacting with global teams, and following market trends.
Desirable:

Postgraduate degree, MBA, Master's, or Doctorate in quantitative or related fields.

Practical experience in developing and applying Generative Artificial Intelligence-based solutions.

Knowledge of MLOps, model governance, and cloud computing environments.

Experience in credit bureaus, financial institutions, fintechs, or analytics companies.
