Job description

As a Front Office Capital Markets Finance MOA, you will be at the heart of business and IT challenges:

  • Gather and analyze the needs of Front Office teams (traders, sales, structurers)

  • Lead business workshops and formalize requirements

  • Write detailed functional specifications and/or user stories

  • Act as the interface between Front Office, IT, and cross-functional teams (Risk, Finance, Back Office)

  • Take part in functional testing and business validation phases

  • Monitor production releases and support users

  • Contribute to optimizing Front Office tools (pricing, booking, position management, P&L)

Qualifications
