Job Description
As a Front Office Market Finance Business Analyst (MOA), you will be at the heart of business and IT challenges:
- Gather and analyze the needs of Front Office teams (traders, sales, structurers)
- Facilitate business workshops and formalize requirements
- Write detailed functional specifications and/or user stories
- Act as the interface between Front Office, IT, and cross-functional teams (Risk, Finance, Back Office)
- Participate in functional testing and business validation phases
- Monitor production releases and support users
- Contribute to the optimization of Front Office tools (pricing, booking, position management, P&L)
Qualifications
- Master's degree (engineering school, business school, or university)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in market finance
- Good knowledge of financial products and Front Office processes
- Ability to communicate with demanding business stakeholders
- Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and autonomy
- Fluent English
