Job Description
As a Front Office Business Analyst for Market Finance, you will be at the heart of business and IT challenges:

Gather and analyze the needs of Front Office teams (traders, sales, structurers)

Lead business workshops and formalize requirements

Write detailed functional specifications and/or user stories
-
Ensure the interface between Front Office, IT and cross-functional teams (Risk, Finance, Back Office)

Participate in functional testing and business validation phases

Monitor production deployments and support users
-
Contribute to the optimization of Front Office tools (pricing, booking, position management, P&L)
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree +4/5 years (engineering school, business school or university)

Confirmed experience as Business Analyst / MOA in market finance

Good knowledge of financial products and Front Office processes

Ability to engage with demanding business stakeholders

Analytical mindset, rigor and sense of priorities

Excellent interpersonal skills and autonomy

Fluent English
