Mid-Level Financial Analyst
What you will do
Let's change the world. In this vital position, you will be part of the Latin America Procure to Pay team. You will be responsible for managing and reviewing the company's purchase requisition and payment processes, covering everything from the acquisition request to the settlement of invoices with suppliers. Your goal is to ensure control, compliance, and financial efficiency at every stage. Additionally, the area provides ongoing support to internal and external users, ensuring the correct execution of processes and alignment with corporate policies.
Main activities:
• Document Entry and Classification: Receive, verify, and enter invoices, bills, and other expense documents into the company's financial system.
• Deadline and Amount Management: Control accounts payable due dates, ensure payments are made on time, and avoid late fees or interest.
• Control Report Issuance: Generate reports on accounts payable, focusing on the organization and control of overdue documents.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- 5 years in accounts payable/ procure to pay/billing and reconciliation.
- Advanced English and intermediate Spanish, both at a conversational level, are required for this position.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP and Ariba, and financial management tools, focusing on process optimization, reduction of operational exceptions, and ensuring data quality and financial controls.
- Experience in serving internal customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, compliance requirements, and payment deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organization and priority management in dynamic environments.
- Clear communication and a collaborative profile for working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactivity in problem-solving and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, deadlines, and operational excellence.
