You will be responsible for the scientific activities of the area. Responsible for identifying, developing and monitoring key opinion leaders (KOLs). Plan and implement training, support and medical advisory actions for Marketing, Promotion, Sales, Regulatory and Commercial activities to facilitate the launch, acceptance and sustained presence of products in the market. Management of relationships with specialists, scientific societies, health authorities, social works, patient groups, etc. Responsible for ensuring the scientific quality of information provided to patients and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical and scientific programs: plan and develop clinical programs in treatment centers, and participate in organizing scientific events and presentations at congresses and medical meetings.
- Scientific updates: develop update projects for professionals and keep information on diseases and products permanently up to date.
- Access and compassionate use: participate in expanded access and compassionate use programs, complying with local corporate guidelines.
- Medical strategy: collaborate on strategy design with the Business Unit and Product Management, adapting international and regional medical marketing strategies to the local context.
- External relations and KOLs: create alliances with medical associations and specialists, advise on KOL development, and support advisory boards, centers of excellence and local treatment guidelines.
- Sales, studies and inquiry support: train CSAs and product managers, assist investigator-initiated trials (IIT/ISS), support CSUs, respond to medical inquiries and encourage publications with local data.
- Regulatory, materials and safety: review promotional materials with scientific evidence, support regulatory activities, manage risk minimization programs and adverse event reporting with PV, analyze competition, advise on launches and support the PSP, all in compliance with local laws, the Sanofi Genzyme Code of Ethics, the FCPA and corporate policies.
About You
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical manager.
- Knowledge of marketing, regulatory aspects and the pharmaceutical market.
Soft and technical skills:

- Autonomy and communication: work autonomously with fluent communication.
- Leadership and people development: motivate and develop the team, plan and lead teams.
- Technical and scientific knowledge: interpret scientific and pharmaceutical market literature, and know intellectual property standards, regulatory data protection and local regulations.
- Interpersonal and operational skills: teaching ability, communication and good interpersonal relationships, willingness to travel and proficiency with IT tools.
Education:
- Graduate in Health Sciences (physician, biologist or biochemist).
Languages:
- English: good oral and written proficiency.
