About the internship

This internship is integrated into the Medical Department, with primary training in the area of medical operations and support in the area of neurology, immunology, and rare diseases. The student will participate in the implementation of the strategic plan and initiatives or events carried out in the area.

In the medical operations area, activities related to medical information, analysis and reporting of medical department metrics, coordination and monitoring of post-authorization clinical studies, coordination of the congress area, and support and coordination of cross-functional processes and activities of the medical department are developed to ensure the correct development of activities. In the area of rare diseases, neurology, and immunology, medical and educational projects are developed that require the development and management of non-promotional materials for distribution or presentation according to the scientific dissemination strategy.

During the internship, the student will develop their internal and external communication skills, learn about the activities carried out by Medical Liaison Managers (MLMs) and other field teams, assimilate scientific content, and learn how to interact in a digital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the medical information service.
  • Support in the management of non-promotional scientific materials.
  • Support in the operational workload of the local medical team in the congress area.
  • Support in the management of information and analysis of solid and high-quality data.
  • Support in the coordination and monitoring of observational studies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other areas of the company in the implementation of projects, materials, etc.
  • Participation in internal meetings where you will have the opportunity to share reports and scientific reviews with the medical field team.
  • Support to the field team in reviewing their materials related to zone projects.

Profile and required skills

  • A person with training and strong scientific knowledge in health sciences or pharmacy is required (Master's in Sciences or PhD valued).
  • Analytical capacity and proactivity, communication skills, attention to detail, planning and organization.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different situations and agility in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork and cooperation, organization, ability to build relationships, listening skills, assertiveness, and empathy.
  • Proactivity and enjoyment of learning new topics.
  • Strong internal customer orientation.
  • Languages: high level of English (written and conversational), as the role involves communication with other countries.
  • Proficiency in the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge and experience in a digital environment.

  • Agreement: it will be essential to be able to sign an educational collaboration agreement with your educational institution.
  • Functional area: Medical Department.
  • Internship duration: 12 months.
  • Estimated start date: October 2026.
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Thursday and 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays. Intensive schedule in summer.

  • Compensation: Study allowance €1,000/month and €200/month in meal vouchers.
