We provide expert advice to all business lines and support financing processes, ensuring that every step we take is aligned with regulations and contributes to our objectives, mitigating any legal risk. 🎯 Role Mission
As a Legal Trainee, your mission will be to immerse yourself in the day-to-day work of our legal team, providing essential support in managing contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters. You will have the opportunity to develop your practical skills and learn firsthand how the legal area works in a leading mobility company.
🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission?
- Support the review, drafting, and analysis of contracts, communications, and other key legal documents, learning to identify critical points.
- Help manage the full contract lifecycle, from approval to archiving, ensuring proper traceability.
- Carry out legal research and keep the team informed of regulatory and case law changes relevant to our operations in Colombia.
- Collaborate in preparing responses to petitions (derechos de petición) and requests from administrative and judicial authorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support procedures before administrative entities such as the Chamber of Commerce and notary offices, as well as tracking judicial and administrative proceedings.

- Law student in an internship stage, with full-time availability.
- Willingness to sign an apprenticeship contract with the SENA.
- Fluent use of Google Workspace and ability to adapt quickly to new digital tools.
- Curiosity and proactivity to learn about different areas of law and their practical application.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
