As a nationwide business law firm, we represent members of the Händlerbund as well as small and medium-sized companies – out of court and in court. Our focus areas are E-Commerce, intellectual property law and data protection law. With a specialized team, we cover business-relevant areas of law. We work at eye level, digitally and with AI. Your tasks
Client support & communication
- First point of contact: You look after our clients by phone and email. Competent, solution-oriented and at eye level.
- Correspondence: You independently manage incoming and outgoing mail and written correspondence.
- Appointment coordination: You coordinate appointments with clients and courts.
Written submissions & digital file management
- Written submissions: You prepare them according to the instructions of the lawyers and correct dictations.
- Electronic files: You maintain master data and keep client files digitally, completely and properly.
- beA & E-Fax: You use the electronic communication channels securely and routinely.
Deadlines, proceedings & billing
- Deadline management: You monitor deadlines and resubmissions independently and reliably.
- Billing: You bill according to the RVG and fee agreements, including account coding.
- Cost assessment & enforcement: You handle these proceedings from the filing of the application to completion.
Automation, AI & development
- Automating processes: You identify recurring workflows and digitize them together with your team.
- AI in everyday legal work: You use AI tools in your daily work, try new things and give feedback on what works.
- Shaping together: Your ideas flow directly into our way of working, because we continuously optimize processes.
Your profile
What you bring
- Training: Completed training as Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r or ReNo-Fachangestellte/r (m/f/d)
- RVG expertise: Very good knowledge of the RVG and careful deadline handling
- Digital confidence: Confident use of beA, E-Fax, Office, legal software and electronic files
- Advantageous: Experience in enforcement proceedings
