Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with The Costain Way
- Ensure all staff are aware of document control procedures and train out as required. Periodically audit systems to ensure compliance.
- Issue products and design information to HE for comment / Review / Approval and manage the process for authors as required.
- Ensure all information is collected, disseminated, and recorded as per the stringent requirements in order to deliver the project efficiently and is readily available on iCosNet
- Oversee project administration support
- Upload, maintain and issue project and design information using the collaborative environment (iCosNet)
- Promote continuous improvement in everything undertaken
- Ensure CJP Information management system compliance
