Your Tasks
You will support our specialists in their daily work and receive a variety of exciting tasks. You are responsible for planning and configuring IT systems. This includes installing and setting up hardware components, operating systems, and networks according to customer requirements. When issues arise, you'll be on hand with modern diagnostic systems to help users with application problems. In your first year of training, you'll rotate through all six teams in the Enterprise IT Services department – here you'll learn from the best and continuously expand and deepen your knowledge. In your second year of apprenticeship, you'll work more independently and rotate through the teams in the IT & Administration Services department on a 4-month cycle. As your training progresses, so does your responsibility: in your third year of apprenticeship, you'll already know all your strengths and bring them to bear daily in a team that suits you. In this team, you'll also work on your final project, which we continuously support you with professionally and are always there for you, including mentally. During your apprenticeship, we enable you to acquire certifications in the technical field. On the one hand, this validates the quality of our training, and on the other hand, the content you learn in the certification courses will help you in your final exams.
That our training ranks among the best is demonstrated by numerous successes in recent years: We have already been recognized multiple times by the IHK Stuttgart for particularly good performance – and in the last graduation year 2025, we even trained the Federal Best IT Systems Integration Specialist for Digital Networking. We are very proud of these successes!
Must Haves
With a convincing secondary school diploma or good technical college entrance qualification. High school graduates are also warmly welcome with us. In the subjects of German, English, and Mathematics, you really paid attention and your grades show it now. You already have your car driver's license.

- Social responsibility: Sustainability is part of our DNA. We have committed ourselves to a binding environmental protection concept with which we save 180 tons of CO2 annually. In our in-house repair center, we also focus on repairing rather than disposing, saving many tons of electronic waste annually. An important side effect: by repairing used devices and making them available on the secondary market, people with limited budgets can also afford good IT. That makes us particularly proud!
