Internship in the Vaccines Marketing Department
Location: Rome
Format: Hybrid
Duration: The internship will be structured over a period of 12 months.
Initial internship of 6 months with the possibility of renewal for another 6 months. The possibility of also activating a curricular internship is a preferred element.
The patient is at the center of everything we do, which is why our teams focus on finding solutions and treatments for some of the most difficult diseases in the world. The candidate will be placed in our department to support the work activities.
The candidate's profile will be included in a training path in line with their academic background and professional aspirations, through which they can grow their professional skills by actively collaborating with the entire team.
The main objective of the internship is to provide the Intern with the professional skills necessary to ensure the correct and complete performance of the department's activities.
Activities
- Support in defining key promotional messages: contribute to the creation of informative and promotional messages for each target audience (Dental Hygienist, Gynecologist, General Practitioner, Pediatrician)
- A/B testing on emails and landing pages: test content, images and CTAs to improve open rate, click-through rate and conversion rate.
- Support for the compilation of files, data analysis and presentations
- Support in implementing activities: from relational aspects – contact with external clients – to procedural/administrative ones
- Support in preparing formal documentation (contracts, assignment letters, etc.)
Desired profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or similar.
- Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2) and Italian.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite
- Good knowledge of social media.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, organization.
- Curiosity, motivation, thinking out of the box.
- Required: high level of Excel and PowerPoint
