Qualifications

What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Experience in structuring integrated (360º) marketing plans/campaigns, preferably B2B

  • Design communication strategies to ensure the positioning of the Serasa Experian brand in the market across social responsibility and innovation fronts;
  • Ensure the execution of tactical plans developed within stipulated deadlines and budgets;
  • Manage projects and encourage the development of people, preserving the well-being of the group.
  • You will be responsible for technically leading a squad, promoting integration and guidance on business challenges, as well as collaboratively building the strategies and plans developed;
  • You will have significant interaction with your senior leadership to present communication strategies and defend tactical plans, in addition to execution alignments;
  • Furthermore, you will interact with the company's business areas to understand our market and the strategic themes we need to work on;
  • Finally, there will be significant interface with the specialists in your Squad and the Marketing Chapters, as well as with suppliers for direction and evaluation/feedback on deliverables.
