About the Role
As a Hard Services Technician within our services team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine inspection, fault location, repair and maintenance of equipment in your area of specialization (metrology, calibration, mechanics, electrical systems, instrumentation and automation); for overseeing the commissioning and maintenance of production and auxiliary services (utilities), facilities, production equipment and components, including internal control, automation and IT devices; for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of critical systems, plant walkthroughs, logbook entries and systems monitoring; for reviewing work orders documentation and coordinating weekend activities with suppliers; for supporting the plant equipment maintenance area; and for leading small-scale projects in your area of specialization or contributing your expertise to more complex projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine inspection, fault location, repair and maintenance of equipment in your area of specialization (metrology, calibration, mechanics, electrical systems, instrumentation and automation).
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of critical systems, as well as commissioning and maintenance of production and auxiliary services (utilities), facilities, production equipment and components, including control devices, automation and internal IT.
- Conduct plant walkthroughs, complete logbooks and monitor systems to ensure their proper operation.
- Review work order documentation and follow up on their closure.
- Coordinate weekend activities with suppliers.
- Support the plant equipment maintenance area.
- Lead small-scale projects in your area of specialization and contribute your technical expertise to more complex projects.
About You
Experience: More than 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Technical skills:
- Metrology and calibration.
- Critical systems and preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Mechanics, electrical systems, instrumentation and automation.
- Control systems and automation devices.
- Auxiliary services (utilities) and production facilities.
- Documentation management of work orders and logbook records.
