Position Mission
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join the Riders Growth team for Cabify Argentina and Uruguay. The role is focused on leading the growth and retention strategy for our passenger audience, ensuring an exceptional value proposition and a sustainable business model. It is a position oriented toward analysis and execution, but also with a strong focus on team development and leadership.
How will you help us fulfill our mission?
- Audience Lifecycle and Growth Management: Design and implement comprehensive strategies to grow the active passenger base and increase their recurrence, monitoring and optimizing end-to-end the entire audience lifecycle.
- Value Proposition: Care for, define, and continuously improve the value proposition to ensure user satisfaction and loyalty.
- Budget Management: Lead the allocation, execution, and optimization of the discount and digital performance campaign budget.
- Innovation and Development: Discover and validate new products, features, or market niches that drive growth.
- Communication Strategy and Digital Campaigns: Coordinate the communication strategy toward the passenger audience in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and enhance the development of a direct team.
- Seek continuous improvements in the way we do things, pursuing operational efficiency through the adoption of new technologies.
What are we looking for?
- Affinity with our principles.
- Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Business, or relevant field.
- More than 3 years of experience in similar roles. Prior experience in technology companies will be valued.
- Experience in roles with team leadership/coordination.
- Solid analytical foundation.
- Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize changing workloads in a dynamic industry.
- Strategic skills and commitment to finding solutions for complex challenges.
- Effective communication with different stakeholders and influence to make things happen.
- A solid foundation of soft skills, as they are essential in our culture: knowing how to work as a team, give and receive constructive feedback, and have a spirit of continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of data and analytics tools and understanding of KPIs (Knowledge of Tableau will be valued.)
