Key Responsibilities:
• Own the demand marketing budget, optimizing spend and reporting smoothly to the CMO.
• Ideate and execute dynamic marketing campaigns across paid social ads, landing pages, organic posts, and AI-driven SEO articles.
• Establish and track performance benchmarks for all marketing initiatives.
• Develop and collaborate on engaging video content including scripting, creative ideation, and communications.
• Write compelling copy for campaigns, ads, and digital assets to drive audience engagement.
• Work closely with the partnerships team to evaluate and prioritize industry events for sponsorship or attendance.
• Explore and help facilitate out-of-home (OOH) marketing initiatives such as billboards, local activations, programmatic ads, TV commercials, and podcasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or up to 2 years of marketing experience at a high-growth startup).
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize spend.
• Experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
• Creative aptitude for developing video content and campaign concepts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to benchmark, measure, and report campaign effectiveness.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior internship or project experience in a startup or tech-driven environment.
• Familiarity with OOH and unconventional marketing tactics.
• Passion for learning emerging marketing technologies and AI-powered tools.
