Overview
You will join the Group Security Planning & Models Monitoring office, contributing to the governance and monitoring of the Chief Security Officer Area, with an integrated vision across Cybersecurity, Antifraud and Business Continuity Management, and Corporate and Physical Security. You will be responsible for the oversight and centralized coordination of cross-functional initiatives within the Area and activities directly supporting the Chief (e.g., business plans, indicator monitoring, Area events, and presentations to regulators/external bodies), contributing to the effectiveness of decision-making and governance processes.
What your activities will be
- Coordination of cross-functional activities, ensuring integration and consistency across functions
- Governance of project initiatives, overseeing progress, KPIs, risks, critical issues, and decisions
- Direction and supervision of executive reporting, contributing content for the Chief and senior stakeholders
- Contribution to the management of governance committees, ensuring quality of analysis and robustness of follow-up
- Coordination and guidance of all cyber, corporate, and physical security collaboration forums to develop synergistic initiatives
- Evolution of governance models, standards, and operational procedures in the cyber & security domain
- Qualified support to top management through analysis, insights, and high-value summaries
- Stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and facilitate alignment on complex topics
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- At least 5 years of experience in the role
- Project Management skills for complex initiatives
- Advanced oversight of KPIs and metrics, with the ability to provide direction
- High proficiency in executive reporting, with effective synthesis for top management
- Knowledge of security regulations, frameworks, and processes
- Advanced and structured use of analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
The following skills are considered a plus:
- Degree in economic or scientific disciplines
- Master's degree or specializations in Cyber Security, Risk Management, or Governance
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Cobit

The Chief Security Officer Governance Area oversees physical security, cybersecurity, and business continuity of the Group in an integrated way, leveraging specialized skills and advanced technological solutions, with the goal of ensuring high security standards at an international level.
