Overview
You will join the Group Security Planning & Models Monitoring office, supporting the governance and monitoring activities of the Chief Security Officer Area. You will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of Cybersecurity, Antifraud and Business Continuity Management, and Corporate and Physical Security. You will contribute to the coordination of cross-functional initiatives within the Area and activities supporting the Chief (e.g., business plan, indicator monitoring, event organization, and preparation of materials for activities with regulators/external entities).
What will your activities be
- Support coordination of cross-functional activities between Area functions
- Support monitoring of project progress status and data collection for KPIs
- Contribution to the preparation of management reporting
- Support to management committees and governance meetings (scheduling, material preparation, follow-up)
- Support coordination and active participation in all cyber and corporate and physical security collaboration forums for the development of synergistic initiatives
- Contribution to governance processes in compliance with guidelines and standards
- Support in preparing materials for top management
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders for operational alignment
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 1-3 years of experience in the role
- Project Management skills, following planning and assigned activities
- Basic knowledge of KPIs and performance monitoring tools
- Ability to produce reports and presentations, with attention to clarity and structure
- Basic knowledge of regulations, frameworks and processes in the security field
- Good command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
The following skills are considered preferential qualifications:
- Degree in economics or scientific disciplines
- Several years of experience in project management
- Experience in cybersecurity and/or physical security
