Key responsibilities
- Support strategic planning cycles and OKR tracking;
- Consolidate and track executive roadmaps for directorates;
- Structure and track indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and dashboards in partnership with the Data team;
- Prepare presentations and executive materials for leadership forums;
- Perform performance analyses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement;
- Map, review, and standardize processes and ways of working;
- Support the evolution of Jira governance and the tools used by the VP;
- Develop templates, playbooks, and documentation to support teams;
- Conduct Health Checks and support organizational maturity assessments;
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and alignment dynamics between different areas;
- Identify opportunities for simplification and operational efficiency.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Technology, or Business Administration;
- Experience with Agility, governance, indicators, and process improvement;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management models;
- Experience in preparing executive presentations and consolidating information for leadership;
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools;
- Analytical capacity and organization to lead different initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Agility, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, or Organizational Transformation areas;
- Knowledge of OKRs;
- Experience in the implementation or evolution of agile practices;
- Knowledge of Lean, Lean Portfolio Management, or Flow Management;
- Experience in technology or digital product companies;
- Focus on Artificial Intelligence applied to the corporate environment.
