Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the drafting, negotiation, and analysis of a wide range of contracts and amendments in the Digital and IT fields, in a dynamic and demanding international environment
- Take part in the evolution of the legal framework regarding data protection, by participating in the review and strengthening of contractual arrangements in accordance with the latest regulations
- Provide support for the analysis of new issues related to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, by supporting reflections on emerging governance issues at the intersection of law and technology
- Contribute to high-impact digital projects, by participating in the legal analysis and preparation of the documentation necessary for the Group's digital transformation
- Take part in regulatory monitoring and legal research, as well as drafting strategic notes on the latest regulatory, legislative, and operational developments
About you
- Technical and interpersonal skills: strong interpersonal skills, rigor, proactive approach. Knowledge of digital law and contract law. Experience in drafting contracts or amendments.
- Education: Master's degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5) in contract law, new technology law, or law school
- Languages: fluent English
