Key responsibilities:
- Take part in drafting, negotiating and analysing a wide range of contracts and amendments in the Digital and IT fields, in a dynamic and demanding international environment
- Take part in the evolution of the legal framework for data protection, contributing to the review and strengthening of contractual arrangements in line with the latest regulations
- Support the analysis of emerging issues related to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, contributing to discussions on emerging governance issues at the intersection of law and technology
- Contribute to high-impact digital projects, taking part in legal analysis and the preparation of documentation needed for the Group's digital transformation
- Take part in regulatory monitoring and legal research, as well as drafting strategic notes on the latest regulatory, legislative and operational developments
About you
- Technical and interpersonal skills: strong interpersonal skills, rigour, proactivity. Knowledge of digital law and contract law. Experience in drafting contracts or amendments.
- Education: bac+4 or bac+5 in contract law, technology law or bar schools
- Languages: fluent English
