From our offices in London, Idstein, Dallas and Newcastle, we focus on our target markets Germany, USA, Finland and Benelux. We want to further strengthen our German team in London and are therefore looking for a German-speaking analyst.
The analyst position is our entry-level role for newcomers to recruitment or consultants with first professional experience in executive search. In this position, you will learn the fundamentals of recruitment and of the target market we operate in, similar to a traineeship. From the start, you will be given projects to work on together with an experienced consultant, so you can learn various search techniques and approaches. Your focus will be on finding suitable candidates for vacant positions at our clients. After successfully achieving your targets (usually six months), you will move up to the next career level, where you will also carry out your first business development activities and build client relationships. The experience gained as an analyst will ensure a smooth transition to the Associate level.
