About your team
You will be part of the Finance team, a critical area for the business due to our impact on strategic decision-making and economic value creation. Within our vertical, we oversee the economy and regulatory compliance, ensuring Cabify's financial health. You will join a team that seeks maximum operational efficiency, optimizing processes to reduce manual tasks and ensure that financial information is a driver of growth in all countries where we operate.
🎯 Role Mission
Your main mission will be to transform the financial workflow, migrating from data processing tasks to analysis and value generation activities. You will actively collaborate in executing the digitalization and automation strategy of the Global Finance team.
🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission?

You will collaborate in the technical implementation of new financial modules and tools, acting as a technical reference between Finance and Technology.

You will analyze and document current processes (As-Is) to design optimized workflows (To-Be) that ensure global standardization.

You will support the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks.

You will act as the primary escalation point for financial systems incidents, coordinating resolution with the technical team.

You will prepare documentation and provide specialized training to key users on the efficient use of platforms.
🔍 What we're looking for

Experience: Track record working with financial systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).

Analysis: Advanced Excel proficiency and analytical capability oriented toward problem-solving.

Extra Knowledge: Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and basic SQL or data structure knowledge is valued.

Skills: Ability to translate financial needs into technological solutions and excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Attitude: Proactivity, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
