Job Description
We are looking for someone to act as a Finance Business Partner, supporting the sales channels of Corporate Clients and SMEs. This position will play a fundamental role in complete P&L management, combining close operational involvement with an analytical and strategic vision to generate insights that support business decision-making.
The person will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the channels, analyzing results, identifying improvement opportunities, and working in partnership with commercial areas and other stakeholders to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete P&L of Corporate Clients and SME channels.
- Monitor revenues, costs, margins, expenses, and key financial indicators of the business.
- Support the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process.
- Develop financial and operational analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions in sales areas.
- Act as a business partner to commercial leaders, translating financial data into practical recommendations.
- Monitor channel performance and propose initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Prepare presentations, management reports, and executive materials for results tracking.
- Contribute to the evolution of financial processes, tools, and routines.
- Support discussions on pricing, productivity, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Business Partnering, or related areas, with work close to business/commercial areas.
- Solid knowledge of P&L management, revenue analysis, costs, expenses, margins, and financial indicators.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English for reading and writing.

- Knowledge of BI tools.
- Experience or interest in using artificial intelligence, analysis automation, and process improvement in Finance.
- Advanced English for conversation.
