Your mission
Ensure the correct execution and monitoring of treasury operations, payments, and collections, keeping the cash position updated and generating reliable information for financial decision-making.
How will you contribute?
- Execute weekly payments to drivers and mass or individual payments to suppliers.
- Review bank movements and keep the daily cash position updated.
- Identify and record collections, credits, and other movements in the accounting system.
- Follow up on adjustments and issues related to payments and collections.
- Provide support in monthly bank and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Consolidate accounts receivable and accounts payable information for the preparation of financial reports.
- Manage banking procedures, such as powers of attorney, surety bonds, affidavits, and authorizations.
- Support the records and operational processes carried out in NetSuite.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for tracking payments, collections, and cash position.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and automation using macros, Apps Script, RPA, or artificial intelligence.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting.
- 1 year of experience in operational treasury, mass payments, and handling banking platforms.
- Experience or exposure to accounts receivable or collections.
- Knowledge of tax withholdings, retentions, and purchase records.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and process automation.
- High attention to detail, numerical precision, and the ability to organize and meet deadlines.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and orientation toward resolving issues.
- Desirable: experience with an ERP, ideally NetSuite.
