Job Description
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining relationships with existing customers and actively seeking new business opportunities.
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- The candidate must have experience in B2B sales, with strong performance in prospecting, portfolio development, conducting commercial negotiations, and assessing market potential.
- It is also necessary to demonstrate skill in maintaining and strengthening relationships with active clients, promoting engagement, loyalty, and constant performance monitoring through in-person or virtual visits.
- Mastery is expected in developing joint business plans, defining commercial strategies, and monitoring trends and competition, as well as the ability to support clients in training, commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations with end customers.
- Additionally, competencies are required for monitoring sales KPIs, such as volume, average ticket, conversion rate, and churn, preparing management reports, and proposing continuous improvement actions.
- The ideal profile presents analytical capacity, clear communication, strategic thinking, and ease of integration with internal areas.
- Experience related to credit portfolio management, particularly the payroll-deductible credit product, relationship management, and commercial strategy are essential for the role.
- Availability for travel.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Customer Service: Providing personalized support to existing customers, ensuring that their needs are met effectively.
- Contract Renewal: Managing the contract renewal process with customers, ensuring business continuity;
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to expand services offered to customers;
- New Customer Prospecting: Actively seeking new customers, understanding their needs, and presenting customized solutions;
- Continuous Feedback with Regional Manager and Technical Team: Constant communication with internal areas to ensure that customer needs are considered in the continuous improvement of solutions offered.
