Job Description
Salesforce Specialist focused on Sales Cloud to work on the evolution, support, and optimization of the Salesforce platform, directly supporting commercial, technology, and business areas in improving sales processes, opportunity management, commercial productivity, and user experience.
This position will play a strategic role in translating business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. We are looking for someone with proven experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, a consultative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in complex corporate environments.
The professional will also participate in alignments with global Experian teams, contributing to discussions regarding platform evolution, solution standardization, governance, and the adoption of best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a functional reference in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements with commercial, technology, and other stakeholder areas.
- Translate business needs into efficient, scalable, and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure, evolve, and support processes related to leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, sales pipeline, forecast, activities, campaigns, products, price books, and reports.
- Create and improve automations using declarative platform resources, such as Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, record types, page layouts, dynamic forms, permission sets, and Lightning App Builder.
- Support the definition of platform usage best practices, governance, security, data quality, and change management.
- Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and indicators to support decision-making in business areas.
- Work together with architecture, development, data, security, product, and operations teams to ensure integrated and consistent solutions.
- Support integration initiatives between Salesforce and corporate systems.
- Guide key users, support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and disseminate best practices for using Salesforce.
- Participate in forums with global Experian teams to align on evolutions, technical standards, and platform improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of key Sales Cloud objects and processes, such as Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Product, Price Book, Campaign, Quote, and Forecast.
- Experience with declarative configuration of the Salesforce platform.
- Mastery of Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, record types, page layouts, Lightning App Builder, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, and commercial indicators in Salesforce.
- Ability to understand business processes and propose functional solutions within the platform.
- Experience in requirements documentation, solution design, testing, UAT, and support of improvements.
- Knowledge of best practices for governance, security, data quality, and the Salesforce change lifecycle.
- Good communication skills to work with technical areas, business areas, and stakeholders at different levels.
- Analytical, organized, collaborative, and problem-solving profile.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, queues, SLAs, service processes, and a 360-degree view of the customer.
- Intermediate or advanced English for working with global Experian teams, participating in platform evolution forums, and discussing best practices.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
- Platform App Builder certification.
- Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience in large companies or highly complex corporate environments.
- Experience with B2B commercial processes.
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of LGPD, privacy, information security, and sensitive data management.
