Job Description
This position is responsible for leading AI projects with a business vision throughout the customer journey, identifying application opportunities, translating needs to technical teams, and mobilizing different areas for solution implementation.
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- Proven experience in implementing AI projects.
- Experience in Product, Strategy, CX, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong business vision and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to influence and mobilize multiple areas.
- Experience working with technical teams (data/engineering).
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead AI projects applied to the customer journey (end-to-end).
- Identify and prioritize opportunities with a focus on business impact.
- Structure, evolve, and govern knowledge bases used by AI solutions.
- Act in content curation and definition of guidelines for AI-generated responses, ensuring quality, consistency, and business alignment.
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology areas.
- Ensure execution, delivery, and adoption of initiatives.
- Define and monitor result KPIs.
