Enterprise Account Executive - Large Automotive & Manufacturing Sector

[Position Background]

In the manufacturing and automotive industries, the importance of comprehensively understanding customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and product loyalty—and using them as the basis for management decisions—is growing. Qualtrics' XM platform, which demonstrates through data the causal relationships "improving CX increases sales" and "strengthening EX reduces turnover," is highly valued by leading enterprises in the manufacturing and automotive sectors. Building on this track record, we are recruiting a dedicated enterprise sales executive to accelerate expansion in this sector.

[Job Responsibilities]

You will handle consultative sales of the Qualtrics XM platform to large enterprises in the manufacturing and automotive industries. You will engage executives across multiple departments—marketing, human resources, research, and business planning—and drive deal creation through closing, starting from the customer's business challenges.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • New business development targeting large enterprises and group companies in the manufacturing and automotive sectors
  • Proposing use cases that directly contribute to revenue growth, employee retention, and product loyalty improvements from an integrated CX and EX perspective
  • Presenting to executive and senior management levels and building long-term relationships
  • Leading the selection and scoping of solutions to address customer business challenges
  • Planning and executing demand generation initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Understanding competitive landscape and developing winning proposals and pricing strategies
  • Enhancing brand presence through participation in industry events and associations
  • Managing deal progress and pipeline (using Salesforce)

From the XM perspective of integrating customer and employee experience, you will directly contribute to decision-making by manufacturing and automotive industry executives. [Application Requirements (Required and Preferred)]

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with large manufacturing or automotive enterprises
  • Experience in enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription model, or consultative sales
  • SaaS sales experience in CX, EX, research, HRTech, or MarTech domains
  • Consultative sales experience with large manufacturing or automotive enterprises
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
