Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with solid front-end experience, an analytical mind, and technical creativity, capable of working independently and proactively across all phases of the software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to the evolution of innovative solutions.
The professional will work on front-end initiatives with a strong emphasis on reusable components composed of multiple products in Angular and React, including documentation, accessibility, and coordinated evolution between the two stacks.
You must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, intolerance for inefficiencies, and excellence in written and verbal communication, in addition to contributing to improvements in code and tools that support the pace of business operations and ensure the success of applications for the company.
Qualifications

Work in a multidisciplinary environment, participating as a Software Engineer in front-end applications and shared component libraries (Angular and React), actively participating in discussions, proposals, and planning.

Act as a point of reference for technical questions and resolve critical bottlenecks, providing expert guidance in both stacks when necessary.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and operation, including defining public component APIs, package versioning, and alignment with UX/UI and consumer teams.

Develop scalable solutions for millions of users.

Effective communication and critical analysis of transactions from Business, Product, and other teams.

Application of SOLID principles and Design Patterns in implementation, testing, and maintenance, both in Angular and React, preserving parity of behavior and accessibility when equivalents exist in both libraries.

Ensure the quality of deliverables through testing, reviews, and regression criteria (including impact on NPM consumers).

Share knowledge and support team development in React composition patterns, hooks, and packaging, in addition to the already adopted Angular standards.

Perform code reviews and apply specific case tests, always with attention to public API, performance, and bundle size.

Keep documentation for services and component libraries up to date (e.g., component catalog, usage examples, guidelines).

Constantly seek technical and performance improvements (re-renders, tree-shaking, library building, pipelines).

Demonstrate a willingness for continuous learning and constant improvement.
What are we looking for in you?
- Ability to work in a team, as well as planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in TypeScript with Angular 15+ and React 18+ (hooks, composition, strict prop typing, and component contracts).
- Knowledge of CSS pre-processors (e.g., LESS, SASS) and the ability to follow tokens, themes, and style conventions shared across products.
- Development of unit tests with Jest/Jasmine in the Angular ecosystem and Jest or Vitest with React Testing Library in the React ecosystem.
- Dependency management with NPM and/or YARN (and familiarity with monorepo/package publication flows, where applicable).
- Experience in integration using REST APIs.
- Familiarity with UX and UI concepts, including component states, accessibility (ARIA, keyboard, focus), and visual consistency between frameworks.
- Knowledge of interface prototyping using Figma or other design tools.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, especially using Jenkins.
It will be a plus
- Experience with enterprise component libraries consumed by multiple products and maintenance of NPM packages with a stable API.
- Experience with microfrontends.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and patterns.
- Practical experience with cloud application solutions, especially AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, EMR, SQS, etc.).
- Experience in microservices architectures, microfrontends, and Backend for Frontend (BFF).
- Experience with containerized (Docker) and orchestrated (Kubernetes) microservices.
- Knowledge of tagging and analytics, such as Datadog Product Analytics, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics, IndeCx.
