Overview

Join a dedicated team working on Digital Asset and Tokenization projects, handling solutions for issuance, custody, and settlement of tokenized assets. You will work on DLT platforms, custody solutions, smart contracts on Ethereum and Polygon, contributing to the design and evolution of innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of regulatory topics such as MiCAR, DORA, and DLT Pilot Regime and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Architecture teams.

What you will do

  • Design and implement software applications for Digital Asset platforms (Java/Python), with components for interaction with DLT networks (nodes, smart contracts, wallets)
  • Independently analyze issuance, custody, and settlement flows for tokenized assets, identifying technical and process bottlenecks
  • Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of custody and tokenization solutions (Omnibus Wallet, asset segregation, key management)
  • Design specifications for applications supporting Travel Rule, KYC/AML, and on-chain monitoring (e.g., Chainalysis, Notabene)
  • Formalize proposals for the evolution of Digital Asset platform architecture, in line with MiCAR and DORA
  • Support code reviews, security standards (smart contract audits), and team development practices

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in software development
  • Degree in computer science or scientific field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering)
  • Excellent command of English and Office 365 tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Java (Spring) and/or Python, with experience integrating with blockchain networks
  • Knowledge of DLT/Blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Polygon, permissioned networks) and related mechanisms (account abstraction, gas fees, custody)
  • Knowledge of smart contracts (Solidity or equivalent) and audit and security best practices
  • Familiarity with regulatory principles of MiCAR, DLT Pilot Regime, and DORA applied to IT systems
  • Knowledge of Git, event management systems (Kafka, Nifi, Flink), SQL/NoSQL databases, and GCP
  • Experience with Agile tools (JIRA) and mentoring capability toward junior profiles
