Job Description
Here you will work with a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering highly scalable and resilient solutions that serve millions of users every day.
Our engineering principles include:
- Microservices using Spring frameworks
- Emphasis on design using SOLID principles and applying Design Patterns across various projects.
- Decoupling between applications, using messaging solutions where applicable
- Applications running on Kubernetes, with horizontal scalability to support peaks of simultaneous users
- Continuous integration and deployment on AWS
- Continuous and preventive monitoring and observability with (Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace).
- Data storage in SQL and NoSQL databases.
Responsibility and Assignments
- Develop scalable solutions that will be used by millions of users
- Good communication and careful analysis for requests from teams (Business, Products, etc.)
- Knowledge of SOLID, design principles, implementation, testing, and maintenance
- Ensure quality in deliverables
- Help and share your experience with team members
- Perform code reviews and know how to apply test cases
- Maintain service documentation
- Disseminate acquired knowledge and document it for future generations
- Constant pursuit of technical improvement and performance within the company
- Demonstrate willingness for continuous learning and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Object-Oriented Programming
- Java 17+
- Spring Framework
- REST API Design
- Databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Understanding and comprehension of microservices architecture
- Knowledge of SOLID
- Knowledge of Messaging and events (SNS, SQS, Redis, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc…)
- Unit Testing
- Familiarity with Cloud/AWS environment
