About the position

We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant to work in the Marketing Services area, with a focus on ensuring adoption, performance, and value generation of solutions with customers. This professional will be responsible for managing the post-sale relationship, acting strategically, consultatively, and results-oriented, contributing directly to customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the customer in the post-sale phase, ensuring a positive and consistent journey.
  • Conduct onboarding, activations, and periodic follow-ups of Marketing Services solutions.
  • Deeply understand the customer's business and marketing objectives, translating them into strategic recommendations for solution usage.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), engagement, consumption, and campaign results.
  • Identify churn risks, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, acting preventively.
  • Support the customer in interpreting data, insights, and results, connecting deliverables to business impact.
  • Work in an integrated manner with internal areas such as Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Conduct status, governance, and QBR (Quarterly Business Reviews) meetings.
  • Record interactions, developments, and action plans in CRM tools.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Consultative Support, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Services.
  • Experience with B2B customers, preferably in SaaS, data, martech, or performance environments.
  • Good analytical skills and ease working with data, metrics, and indicators.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a consultative and executive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, organized profile and results-oriented.

Differentials

  • Experience with marketing platforms, data, CRM, or automation.
  • Knowledge in media, performance, consumer data, or analytics.
  • Experience conducting governance and executive presentations.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success methodologies (health score, success plan, NPS, etc.).
