Job Description

Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The Customer Growth Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing and accelerating growth opportunities within existing MiDatacrédito accounts, turning business needs into concrete commercial opportunities. This role acts as a growth enabler for the Sales Management and the Key Account Managers, helping to deepen relationships, structure new use cases, mobilise opportunity development and support the implementation and adoption of solutions. The focus is on generating incremental pipeline and contributing to expansion revenue, without replacing account ownership or the comprehensive commercial relationship managed by the KAM.

Responsibilities of the Role

  1. Analyse the growth potential of existing accounts, identifying unmet needs, new use cases and opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling and expansion of solutions.

  2. Understand clients' strategy, operations and challenges, identifying stakeholders and additional areas with potential to expand the relationship and value proposition.

  3. Connect client needs with the capabilities of the MiDatacrédito ecosystem, promoting consultative conversations focused on value and growth.

  4. Convert insights and needs into concrete business opportunities, structuring the problem, the proposed solution, the economic potential and the next required step.

  5. Qualify opportunities together with the Key Account Managers and maintain traceability over the incremental pipeline, its progress, risks, blockers and probability of conversion.

  6. Support the structuring of proposals and business cases and accompany opportunities through their development until commercial conversion.

  7. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams during the implementation of new solutions, ensuring clarity on requirements, commitments, milestones and dependencies.

  8. Identify adoption barriers and mobilise action plans that accelerate the effective use of solutions and enable capturing expansion opportunities after implementation.

  9. Connect business needs with Product, Technology, Operations, Data and other enabling areas, helping translate business needs into viable requirements and following up on commitments and timelines.

  10. Analyse account evolution, industry trends and customer behaviour to generate insights that anticipate needs and propose data-driven commercial initiatives.

  11. Promote knowledge and adoption of the various MiDatacrédito solutions, identifying opportunities to bring existing capabilities to new areas, products or units within each client.

  12. Work complementarily with the KAMs: the KAM retains account ownership, the commercial relationship and comprehensive portfolio management; the Customer Growth Specialist focuses on discovering, structuring and accelerating growth opportunities.
