Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customers (healthcare professionals, institutions, distributors and pharmacies) in the assigned territory.
- Meet the sales, coverage and frequency objectives defined for the territory.
- Communicate the value and benefits of our vaccines clearly, ethically and in line with current regulations.
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with customers and resolve their inquiries.
- Analyze market and sales data to prioritize actions and identify opportunities.
- Record activity in the CRM and collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Access and Operations.
- Comply with Sanofi's quality, ethics and compliance policies.
About You
- Experience: Experience in sales, customer service or account management, ideally in healthcare or mass consumer goods.
- Soft and technical skills: Communication skills, active listening and objection handling. Results orientation and analytical capability. Proficiency with digital tools and CRM.
- Education: University, tertiary or related studies (Health Sciences, Business or other related fields).
- Languages: Conversational English (desirable).
Availability to travel within the territory. Driver's license (desirable).
