Content Marketeer

4 × 8hr days€3,600 – €4,500/moHybrid · Amsterdam, Netherlands

We are looking for a driven Content Marketeer to join our marketing team. At Nmbrs Payroll, we tell the story of smart HR and payroll software to accountants, HR professionals, and entrepreneurs. From blogs and whitepapers to landing pages and collaborations with content partners: you ensure that our content is found, is accurate, and converts.

You are curious, write with ease for different target audiences, and think just as easily in keywords as in a good header. You dare to experiment, learn quickly, and grow with us.

Time to grow. Time to thrive.

We are Nmbrs. We create smart business software that removes unnecessary complexity for SME entrepreneurs and the professionals who support them. Nmbrs brings together four established product organizations—Payroll, Accounting, Invoicing, and Reporting—with teams in the Netherlands, Sweden, and Portugal.

We are one brand with a shared ambition, while continuing to work from the expertise and strength of our own organizations. We join forces where it makes sense and keep teams, expertise, and decision-making close together.

For this position, you will work at Nmbrs Payroll in Amsterdam. You will work closely with your direct colleagues at this location while being part of the broader Nmbrs organization.

Your role

As a Content Marketeer, you create content that reaches our target audiences and helps them move forward. You work together with colleagues from marketing, sales, creation, and product to deploy the right content at the right time.

Specifically, you will:

  • Conceive, write, and edit content, from blogs and whitepapers to landing pages and social posts;

  • Optimize content for SEO and AEO;

  • Coordinate content with colleagues to align with the target audience and the stage of the funnel;

  • Analyze content results and experiment with new formats and approaches;

  • Collaborate with content partners and use AI tools smartly for research, creation, and optimization.

Your impact

With your content, you help our target audiences find the right information faster and strengthen our visibility and expertise. At the same time, you help us continuously improve by applying insights from data, experiments, and new technology.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment;

  • Experience with content creation and SEO, and a good feel for what makes a text perform for the reader and for Google;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills: you switch easily between colleagues, partners, and teams;

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;

  • You work in a structured way, love deadlines, and are able to make decisions independently.

What we offer

  • A salary range of €3.600 to €4.500 per month (excluding holiday pay), depending on your experience;

  • Nmbrs is a flat organization where you get the freedom and responsibility to do what you are good at and make an impact in a flexible, agile work environment;

  • A fully covered pension plan with an employer contribution of 15%;

  • A personal coach who supports you in your personal and professional growth, plus an annual training budget;

  • A healthy work-life balance: with us, working full-time is a 4-day workweek, so you have a day left for what is important to you;

  • Hybrid working;

  • As part of Visma, you get access to a wide range of development opportunities, including training, events, and professional networks;

  • The possibility to go on an exchange for up to 4 months to one of our international offices;

  • A large and bright office near Sloterdijk station, with elevator access on all floors;

  • A pet-friendly workplace — feel free to bring your four-legged friend.
