If you love turning complex product architectures, workflows, and engineering decisions into content that is clear, useful, and genuinely helpful to users – this role is for you.
rtCamp is expanding its product ecosystem with tools like GoDAM, WebAuditor, EasyEngine, and more. We’re looking for a content marketer for our products who understands how products are built, and how users perceive it for successful adoption.
Your job: Own the content layer of product development – documentation, guides, in-app help, product copy, release notes, and product marketing – all crafted with clarity, accuracy, and developer empathy.
This includes long-form technical documentation, API references, setup guides, troubleshooting flows, changelogs, release notes, product pages, product blogs, case studies, and more.

Convert raw specs, GitHub issues, engineering notes, and QA feedback into clear, structured documentation.

Develop competitive battle cards and internal product sheets to support sales and GTM teams.
-
-
Product Storytelling & Feature Communication
-

-
Write feature explainers, deep dives, and product narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
-
Support product launches with announcements, changelogs, in-app copy, and value-driven messaging.
-

Use Cases, Case Studies & Industry Content
-
Document real-world customer scenarios and develop case studies that highlight measurable product impact.

Build industry-specific use cases for GoDAM, WebAuditor, EasyEngine, and upcoming products.

Use analytics, user feedback, and product usage insights to refine and improve all content.
-
-
Collaboration, Research & Product Understanding
-
Work closely with engineering, QA, PMs, and design to deeply understand features.
-
Test features hands-on to ensure accuracy and true user empathy.
-
Stay updated on competitive products, industry trends, and emerging technologies across WordPress, DAM, auditing, and DevOps ecosystems.
