Job Description
At Serasa Experian, the Content Designer works strategically in building experiences that truly make a difference in people's lives. We are looking for someone capable of transforming complexity into clarity, ensuring simple, consistent, and efficient communication across all product touchpoints.
This role goes far beyond writing for interfaces: you will be a reference for language within the team, collaborate in defining standards, and support product decisions based on evidence, contributing to smoother and more conversational journeys.
Qualifications

- Experience creating content style guides and content Ops;
- Experience with conversational/AI products;
- Mastery of customer/user journey;
- Content Design;

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Create clear and objective content for interfaces, flows, and product features, strengthening user experience.
- Develop and structure content that supports the entire customer journey
- Define language standards, tone of voice, and communication best practices, ensuring consistency at scale.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, Marketing, and Engineering teams to build solutions that combine clarity, impact, and business results.
- Support research initiatives to test and validate content understanding, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Support AI initiatives by bringing best practices and consistency
- Actively drive product adoption through onboarding strategies
