Responsibilities
• Under company policies and compliance guidelines, systematically learn medical fundamentals, product knowledge, and industry compliance standards;
• Through simulated academic communication exercises and observational learning, become familiar with academic communication and professional exchange techniques and daily business processes; no business targets are assigned
• Through the company management system and other compliant channels and methods, collect market information and write market research reports
• Arrange and prepare materials and other logistics for academic meetings
• Attend the team's weekly and monthly meetings, and assist the team with daily data consolidation, progress tracking, and other internal operational support
• Master the company's compliance policies, operating standards, and code of conduct for promotional activities
• Actively participate in the team's phased training, and complete phased professional knowledge assessments and internship performance evaluations.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Field of study: Medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline
• Internship availability: 3-5 working days per week, with a commitment of 6 months or more; long-term interns are given priority
