Job Description
As a true guardian of recruitment, you will independently manage the entire recruitment process for our future employees. Your role will be:
- Identifying the best candidates via job boards and social networks
- Phone pre-screening and conducting in-person interviews
- Tracking candidates throughout the entire recruitment process (organizing assessments; negotiating salaries, drafting and signing employment contracts)
- Coaching various consultants
- Monitoring the integration of new consultants through various follow-up meetings
Recruitment managers therefore have a dual function: ensuring the successful integration of consultants and recruiting new talent.
Is this role right for you?
Qualifications
Holder of a Master's degree, Business School or University graduate, do challenges and objectives drive you to exceed expectations? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or headhunting, ideally in a finance/tech environment?
At Meritis, what we're looking for first and foremost is a personality ready to invest 100% in recruiting our future consultants!
From sourcing different profiles to conducting in-person interviews, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for technical, functional or project management profiles.
