Job description
As part of our activities, we are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in rates products, with expertise in interest rate swaps and pricing.
Missions
- Gather and analyze business needs (trading, risk, finance)
- Write functional specifications
- Take part in modeling interest rate derivatives (IRS, swaps, etc.)
- Contribute to pricing and valuation tools
- Ensure the link between IT and business teams
- Take part in testing and validation phases (acceptance testing)
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst in a financial environment
- Good knowledge of rates products (swaps, yield curves, derivatives)
- Understanding of pricing mechanisms
- Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methods
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with demanding business teams
Additional technical skills (a plus)
- SQL, advanced Excel, Python (an asset)
- Knowledge of trading / risk systems
