Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the Bank's Divisions in identifying business needs in the ICT field and monitors the quality of service delivery in accordance with the agreements concluded (SLA level);
- Translates business requirements into clear functional specifications for ICT teams and external suppliers;
- Participates in the design and optimization of business processes in line with existing or new ICT solutions;
- Ensures communication and alignment between business departments and IT development teams;
- Provides first-level support (Help Desk) to the Bank's divisions for any technological and application issues, and redirects unresolved support requests to the competent divisions;
- Assesses the impact of requirements on existing processes, costs and benefits;
- Monitors activities related to the analysis, planning and execution of business requirements, as well as the consideration of alternatives;
- Performs any other tasks related to his/her field of activity, as requested.
- Ensures the creation of accompanying documentation
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Higher education, bachelor's degree, in the field of information technology;
- Experience: minimum 2 years in the ICT field, preferably in similar roles (Business Analyst, Project Management);
- Knowledge: solid knowledge of information technologies and relevant banking legislation (e.g. BNM); advanced use of MS Office; general understanding of ICT principles (architecture, application integration) and basic/intermediate SQL knowledge – is an advantage;
- Additional knowledge: business analysis and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall); process modeling; use of specific tools (Jira, Confluence); relevant certifications (PRINCE2, Scrum Master) – is a plus;
- Languages: Romanian fluent; English intermediate level
- Skills: analysis and decision-making, planning, collaboration, independence, analytical thinking, adaptability, stress resistance.
